Via Lifehacker, use this nice tip to make Internet Explorer have it’s menubar in the proper location, or at least where most of us are used to it, at the top. Good information. Note: this does involve registry changes, so users not comfortable in the registry should have their local expert perform this for them. Making the wrong change in the registry can make Windows no longer boot and cause you much pain and aggravation. There is also a file you can download and double click on to run and make the registry changes, which is easier, but you need to trust the source.
