World Series – Which Team Should a Good Jew Root For?

According to this article, it must be the Boston Red Sox. Interesting and funny article, that actually makes some good points. As for the World Series, I am a National League fan, so I typically pull for the National League team, which this year is the Colorado Rockies. It is sometimes reported that the Rockies are kind of a Christian baseball team, which makes this an interesting matchup between a team with strong Jewish roots history and association and one with strong Christian roots and heritage. So, which team should a Messianic Jew root for?

For me, I would be happy for either team, as they are both good organizations with good players. I think the Red Sox have the advantage, having a much more star-laden experienced which won more games in a tougher league and division, but the Rockies have momentum (although we will see what 9 days off did to that). My prediction (and remember i am not a prophet, nor do I claim any gift, especially when it comes to baseball games. A look at my fantasy team results will prove that) is the Red Sox in 6. Play ball!
