Music for the Weekend

Discovered a new service this week called Grooveshark that allows streaming of music. Not sure what their model for making money is, but as of now it is a cool way to be able to share songs without fearing that I am making it easy to pirate the song. In the past I have used YouTube videos for songs I wanted to share but that has a) limited scope and b) I am forced to use the video of someone else whether it is good or not. Also the quality of the recording can vary with a large number of video taped live shows available.

Anyway, I have a playlist of some Messianic songs on the right sidebar for your listening pleasure and may try and offer something different and unique once again each week.

To start off with here is one from one of my favorite bands, Daniel Amos. The song is called Joel and is based upon Joel 2:28Open Link in New Window. Good stuff that I could see being used in a Messianic service.

So, now Daniel Amos and Joel. Shabbat Shalom all.
